We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly; therefore, we have established a transparent refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness for both guests and the resort. Well-defined cancellation policies help hotels manage room inventory effectively while offering guests clarity on refunds and booking changes.

Cancellation Policy
* More than 15 days before check-in:** Full refund of the booking amount after deducting applicable payment gateway charges.
* 8 to 15 days before check-in:** 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
* 0 to 7 days before check-in:** No refund will be applicable.
* No-show cases: Guests who fail to check in without prior intimation will not be eligible for any refund.
* **Early departure:** No refund will be provided for unused nights in case of early check-out.

Many hotels follow similar cancellation structures where late cancellations and no-shows may incur partial or full charges.

Refund Process
* Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used during booking.
* The refund process generally takes **7–14 business days**, depending on the bank or payment provider.
* Any transaction or payment gateway fees, if applicable, may be deducted from the refundable amount.

* Safari bookings, park permits, and government fees are generally **non-refundable**, as they are regulated by forest authorities.

* The resort reserves the right to amend its cancellation policy without prior notice.
